Join Crowdsafe UK at Luton Town Football Club. We are looking for professional and dedicated SIA Door Supervisors to be part of our matchday safety team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic football environment, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of supporters, staff, and players while maintaining a welcoming and secure matchday atmosphere.
As an SIA Door Supervisor, you will be an essential part of the security operation at Kenilworth Road, responsible for access control, safety procedures, and incident response.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Access Control: Monitor entrances, exits, VIP areas, and restricted zones to ensure only authorised access is permitted.
- Conflict Resolution: Deal with disturbances and anti-social behaviour calmly and professionally, using de-escalation techniques where appropriate.
- Crowd Safety: Support the safe movement of spectators, preventing congestion and promoting adherence to stadium regulations.
- Incident Response: React promptly to any incidents, providing assistance or escalating to supervisors or emergency services as required.
- Search Procedures: Carry out bag searches and person searches at turnstiles and key entry points in line with club protocols.
- Emergency Procedures: Provide guidance and support during evacuations or emergency scenarios.
- Customer Engagement: Represent the club with a courteous and helpful manner, supporting fans with directions or queries.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively alongside stewards, supervisors, and emergency personnel to maintain safety and security.

Qualifications and Requirements
Essential:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence is essential.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Willingness to travel to and from Kenilworth Road Stadium independently.
- Availability on weekends and some midweek evenings.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to provide a 5-year checkable work history.
Preferred (but not essential):
- Previous door supervision or event safety experience.
- NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety or willingness to complete training (provided).
