When Seconds Count: How Crowdsafe Medics Support Your Event

When something goes wrong at an event, the first few minutes matter most. Our medics are there for exactly that moment, and just as importantly for the hours when nothing goes wrong at all. Here's what the service looks like in practice, in the words of the people we've worked for.

A quick response at a Peterborough United matchday

At a recent Peterborough United matchday, a young supporter became seriously unwell after the game. Reuben, one of our team, was the first to react. He responded quickly and made sure she got the help she needed.

Her family have since been in touch with the club to thank everyone involved. They said that without the team's quick response, things could have been a lot worse.

It's a good example of what training looks like when it counts: no fuss, a fast decision, and the right help arriving at the right time.

Peace of mind at Black Tech Fest

• Joined up with your team. Medics share a radio channel and control point with our stewards and security, so a problem on the ground reaches the right person quickly.
